Processing app stuck in iTunes

Does anyone know how to get an app unstuck in iTunes cannot delete it it says processing

Hi crystal... Have you tried to power down your iPad to see if that helps getting your app unstuck? To do this, press the power button until you see the lock slide to turn off. Turn back on and see if that helps.
