How do i post pics from my pic app onto forums?

When posting tap the advanced button at the top right of the screen. Then chose 'Attach from photos'. Then you can choose a photo to post.

Just as an example here is one of my little dog. If you tap the picture you can view it full size.

BEWARE that others can copy your picture to their iPads.
