After much fooling around I settled on this as my new iPhone lock screen. You'll notice I did't take advantage of the new widgets available in iOS 16. Just did't care about the selection enough. Maybe when I upgrade to an always on screen I'll care more. In the mean time, it's still a nice improvement over the old controls and options.
