PDF editors

I've reviewed the forum, and there is a lot of information on PDF readers, but no one has address what I'm trying to do. There appears to be two leaders, iannotate and PDF Editor.
What I want to do is this, I receive a PDF, need to make changes, edit, and fill in part or answers to questions then sign, what is the best app for that?

For sure, iAnnotate is the 'Rolls Royce' product. If you go to the Developer's website you can download a very comprehensive User Manual to check out its facilities.

Another app that many Members recommend is SignMyPad - which has less capabilities in some areas but is significantly cheaper than iAnnotate.

# I use iannotate everyday at school, all by textbooks are in PDF, I can write on them highlight and even sync it with my Dropbox account. So iannotate for sure!
