    No, it is not available. There is an app called "Onlive Desktop" which is a way to access Windows office products from a server in the cloud.

    Of course, there are always Apple's office suite apps: Pages (a word processor), Keynote (presentation - like PowerPoint) and Numbers (for spreadsheets).

    In addition, there are several robust office/business apps in the App Store such as DocumentsToGo or Smart Office 2. There are a bunch there, these are just two examples...
