Newsstand Problems

Hi,am having a problem that just started. When trying to download magazines in Newsstand, some do fine. Others will not download and give the following message: Services Unavailable, Sorry, this service is currently unavailable. We may be doing maintenance or you might be offline.... I am definitely not offline and these same magazines will download on my iPod. This has been going on for several days. Would greatly appreciate any insight... Thanks

If you have not done so recently, try restarting or reseting the iPad.

Restart by holding down the power button, then sliding Off when it appears. After the shutdown is finished, hold down the power button for three seconds to restart.

Reset by holding down the power and home buttons until the Apple logo appears. The iPad should restart on it's own.

Thanks so much for the adv, but yes have done this to no avail. Will keep trying things and thanks again

Make sure the magazine app itself it up to date. You might even try deleting and re-adding it. When you re-add the magazine app there should be an option somewhere in it's settings to restore in-app purchases/subscription. This is how you get your subscription back.

You might want to find this option before deleting, just to be sure.
