New ipad question

I will be receiving my New ipad today. I ordered a WiFi version. Can I ignor any reference to 3G and 4G posts. I will be using it at home with WiFi coming from my desktop computer.Does it affect me?

It really depends on the question. Sometimes a poster may include 3/4g in their post title just to identify their model but said question could be related to something entirely different, know what I mean?

What I am really asking is does my ipad have anything to do with 3G or 4G? I don't own a phone.

Your iPad won't have anything to do with 3G/4G connectivity, as you ordered the wifi only version.
