My ipad 2 is restarting continously

Hey I just brought an iPad 2 from US I jail broke my iPad n installed some sinful iPhone repo n installed some app similar to app store n when I tried to open the app it closed forcibly and when I restarted my iPad icons became small and when I touched it it was restarting . And it dint even restore when I tried restoring please help

because you have to buy the app, it teaches you a lesson to not pirate.
