My camera on my ipad 2 is blury

Ow do I stop my camera from being blury plz help

Lots of light on the subjects and subjects that aren't moving and hold the camera still.

I've tried that and it still don't work should I take it back to the shop where I got it from

What did you try? did you click on the link that kaylaykay provided with her photo quality posting? If you click in her link you will see another thread with your issue discussed.
