Please assist me, how to transfer my photo album from pc to ipad 2 and how to delete photo from my ipad 2.

Your photo album will be transferred automatically when you sync your iPad and PC. If photos on your iPad were transferred there as a result of a sync operation, then they cannot be deleted manually from the iPad. You need to delete them or move them from your PC first of all and then resynchronise.
