Move from ios 9 To ios 8.4

Hi to all of you!!I have ipad 4 retina (sorry for my english) and i had updated to ios 9.2.......it seems a little bit slow the ipad and i want to rollback to 8.4.1 ....i have download the ipsw file bit the itunes software cant go back...is it possible to rollback?Thanks a lot!!

It's not possible to revert to a software version other than the current one. Apple stopped signing all the other versions. During the installation, iTunes connects to Apple's servers to make sure you're not trying to install a different iOS than 9.0.2.
If you try to install a version not signed by Apple, you'll get an error (3194), and it will be impossible to proceed.

SOme people says that is easy baut i cant do it.....i will be stuck on 9.2?

The only earlier versions of iOS that Apple is currently signing are those for devices that can't be updated to the latest version of iOS. For example, the latest version of iOS for the iPhone 4 is iOS 7.1.2.
