I was watching Apples video regarding iOS-5 here:
Apple - iOS 5 - See the top new features in action.
Trying to figure out what features we already have on a jail-broken iPAD, 4.3.3 and realized that it might be nice to accumulate a list compering between them. And I am not talking about full application. It is mainly tweeks, that improve the current 4.3.3 iOS to a version 5+ iOS....
For example:

1. Instapaper - save a page to read later - like in iOs-5
2. 5 Row Keyboard - Better then iOS5
3. Manual Correct - Spellchecker better then iOS5
4. RetinaPad - No such thing on iOS5
5. AppInfo - nothing similar on iOS5
6. The iOS5 Better Safari - Well there are already better browsers today. ( automic..)
7. Activator - Activating features with any buttons on the iPAd - Nothing on the iOS5, except maybe the new Camera features.
8. WinterBoard - for endless theme . Nothing on iOS 5
9. SpringTomize - Tons of Teaks. Like more iCons in a raw or Column . Colors on text - Everything
10. MT Gestures Theme - Use 4-5 fingures instead of Home Button.
11. Free Sync - Work while you sync.

Please add more.

So like iBluever. Allows you to tether to any Bluetooth device. iOS 5 only allows connection to an iPhone with a tethering plan.

This two are just the same as in IOS5 (5.0.1 for gestures on iPad 1)
