Issue w/ Settings > General > Usage (iPad2/32GB/iOS6.01)

When I go to Settings > General > Usage, it reports 600MB+ of space being used by Photos & Camera when there are ZERO photos on the iPad. It reports them under the Photo Stream even though I do not have that activated.

When one or more pics are added to photos, the amount that was reported at Photo Stream moves to Photos, but is still added to the total.

The result is that as few as one pic will occupy 600MB+ of space. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!
