iPad Pro 1sr Gen and email

I posted this once before and thought I had it taken care of, but I guess not. I am a woodworker and have the need to place an occasional online order. When I get the email, I move it to a saved folder. Many times when I go back to see the email in the saved folder to track my order, I can see the email, but not the contents of the email. The content has the little spinning wheel and says loading...but it just never loads. It gets kind of aggravating.

Anyone have any ideas...?
