hi everyone im new to the iPad forum and i was wondering if someone could help me you see i am looking in to buying an iPad mini and im wondering how much memory i will most likely need i only have about 40 to 50 apps that i like and most of these are just basic utility apps and apart from a few mp3s and possibly a couple of text documents that's it also i have a Belkin WI drive which i store my hd videos on so will not require space for them.

To answer your question, the more storage you can afford, the better. Most people seem to settle on 32Gb, but if you can afford 64, so much the better. You can get by with 16, but it involves a lot of juggling, in my experience.

If your goal is too load a lot of apps I would suggest going the highest possible storage unit. A 64G would be ideal if budget is not a problem.
