iPad automatically paging up

When viewing sites with a list format like twitter the page has started paging back up on its own. What would cause that?

I’ve heard a couple of complaints about this (on Twitter) about the recent Twitter app update. It’s an automatic behavior when you get a new tweet. It’s recent, and there is no way to turn it off.

I use Tweetbot, so I’m not overly familiar with how the first party app behaves.

Is it happening anywhere else?
