Unfortunately, there is no way. The only way to get that iPad open is to restore it, which will wipe all the data off it and put on a new iOS.
If the restore is done with the iTunes to which it was originally synced, you can do a restore from backup and thus get all your data back. Otherwise, it's all gone.
