Introducing Myself - Hello from Ahbumba

Hi this is Ahbumba and I am so new at this IPAD2 I don't know where to start! I've been teaching myself since Christmas, mostly trial and error, getting a little frustrated from time to time. Joined the forum today to get advice from the experts! Thanks for being there - first question in my email I frequently get a note at the bottom saying "this message is only partially downloaded" with a button underneath that says "download remaining 13.1 kb". But when I click that button, sometimes, it looks like it is downloading but comes right back to the same email with the same message at the bottom. Why aren't these downloading?

I also receive emails like this but when I press to download it always works so I'm wondering if it is your wifi connection not being strong enough or the email app is playing up. Try this step, from the home screen do the four finger swipe up or double press the home button to reveal your multi task bar. These are all the apps that you have opened at one time. Long press the app until it jiggles and a red minus sign will appear above it. Press the minus sign, this will close the app, not delete it, now press the home button to return to your screen. It's also a good idea to close all these apps, as it helps the iPad run smoothly. Try to download it now and let us know what happens.
