In need of help

My gf was playing a game called HeadsUp with her daughters. One said something on the video it takes during game play that needs to be shown to legal authorities.

The girl didnt hit "save" on the video after it was taken, but im sure its still in a background memory or something.

How do i find it. What tool do i need ...?

If it is on the iPad it should be in the Camera Roll however, I would suggest that you email the developer to see if it's stored temporarily within the app.
