Some photos from today's walk along one of our many lakes/ponds:

Brewing, yes, and they were gone without an effect within an hour. It was raining somewhere else.

C.G. Hill Memorial Park - today, we just discovered a new park in our county (about a 15 minute drive) - not large (73 acres) - small beautiful lake (stocked w/ bass, catfish, crappie, et al - fishing allowed) w/ a short pathway around the lake and a longer upper path (both paved and well maintain) - we walked about 1 1/2 miles.

Interesting 'ancient' (i.e. 500+ years) yellow popular - hit by lightening centuries ago and became hollow - still has an upper large branch w/ leaves - forgot my camera but found some beautiful pics on the web - we'll be returning and likely will take some lunch next time. Dave

I couldn't use a photo with longer exposure, or else there wouldn't be points, but small streaks.
