How do you eat that?

It's called celeriac and it's delicious ! You can peel it, boil it and mash it like a potato or you can roast it or make soup with it. It's really good for you and taste delicious. It's slightly sweet, has a mild flavour and has a fine texture when mashed and it roasts like pumpkin - doesn't need as long as a potato. I don't each potatoes so this and sweet potato is what I use instead. It doesn't taste like celery by the way - at least not to me

Thanks, I haven't gone back to try one yet, but did find out the greens taste strong, and you can make chips out of the root too

Well, I found a new social drawing app to play with, Sketch Club. It has a lot more tools and tons of social/forum/otherstuff features. That's actually a problem. DrawQuest's charm was it's simplicity. On the other hand this app will challenge me to improve more.

Anyway, here is my answer to "Draw your favorite bird".



Maybe I should resurrect the art sharing thread, if I can find it.
