I had iBooks on my iPod touch 4th generation and I removed the app but the books keep appearing in my iTunes library. I've tried deleting them but they keep coming back and I tried to unsync them but its not working. I wonder why it keeps adding them books even though I don't have the app anymore. I would appreciate someones help on this because I am deeply frustrated. By the way, the books were free if that means anything. And I also tried restoring my settings but that dint work either.

Hi kwana-have you tried to uncheck the books when you are on iTunes? I am not sure if I saw that you did that and/or if you pressed the apply button after you unchecked them. Also, you cannot delete the iBooks app since this is a native app built into the device. Not sure if you meant that or the books itself that you deleted. Try the Search Function to see if you can find answers there.
