Nook to iBook

Hello,
Is there a way to transfer my nookbooks to iBooks. Would like to keep a library of books in one place and I prefer the iBooks app. Would hate to lose the downloads-lots of $ in book collection!

Unfortunately, no. Because of Digital Rights Management (DRM), there is no way to read most Nook books in iBooks. It's a proprietary thing.

Barnes and Noble site shows a iPad app for nook books. It downloaded and is on my iBook shelf, but when I try to open, I get an
Error MSG saying its not compatable? Any ideas?

If it was not loaded from itunes, it may be blocked by an update. Also try taking it off the bookshelf.
