How to view attachments on calendar events from outlook

I have my work exchange account setup in the iPad. I have calendar events that include files attached (PDF, excel, word, etc) but I cannot see the attachments when I view the events in the calendar for the iPad. I heard pocket informant hd would allow me to do that but after spending $15 on it still can't see the attachments on the calendar events.
Any suggestions?
