Hi Everyone,
I'm a new user with Ipad but not to Apple and Itouch. I've had an Apple computer since the shell and the imac. I love Apple but I'm wondering why I got this big but beautiful IPad2. I want to do all I can while having fun. I have the 34g 3G. I have a gazilon game apps, kenote, pages and such. I also have the ipad forum apps but I had trouble entering my Intro. I had use a real cpu to get into message. It looks like I have a lot to learn.

Good to hear from you. You’ll find a whole bunch of iPad enthusiasts in this Forum who are only too willing to help other iPad owners and to hear of their experiences. Don’t be afraid to post any questions you may have or use the ‘Search’ button near the top of the Forum web page. I usually find I discover one new interesting and useful piece of information about my iPad every day - and often not even what I was looking for!!

Hope to hear from you soon with your thoughts about the iPad.

Have fun and enjoy your iPad

Were you trying to use the iPad Forum app on the iPad to enter your first post or were you trying to use Safari? Although I don't use the iPF app myself, I've been told that you have to select the font first before you can start entering a message.

If you don’t already have it you can download a copy of the iPad manual for free.

Please read the rules too!!

I prefer iPad apps for reading newspapers, magazines, ebooks, etc. Never did get used to that on the laptop. Zite and Flipboard are good apps for finding articles. Of course most tv outlets have their apps, too.
