Hi,

My name is Rakesh I am new to this forum and to my IPad. I'm traveling in India right now and am trying to Skype with relatives back home in Maryland. I can see them, but they can't see me. My video call option is not fully green. What can I do to fix this. Also I am having difficulty watching YouTube videos. Are these two problems connected. Please help.

This is usually caused by insufficient bandwidth - Skype prioritises audio over video.
