Help with software

It probably uses a web extension that the iPad does not support, like Flash, Java, or Silverlight. I can't tell without trying the site, and I don't have an account to do that with.

If you can leave a desktop computer running and connected to the network, you could probably access and run the site using a remote desktop application like Splashtop.

Hold in mind, because you are working with sensitive customer data you'll want to make sure no one can access your desktop (and watch) while you are using it this way. Some apps may blank the remote desktop screen and lock it when accessed, Slashtop does not.

Thanks for the reply. I would need to access multiple times a day and using a remote program is just not reliable enough. Ugh! I so love my iPad but sad I can't work around this.

It would be nice I'm sure. Make sure the company knows you want this. iPads are very popular in the medical field. The more aware the company is of this the more likely they are to support the device.

Ok, so I have downloaded a trial of the software and the page loads. The problem seems to be that I am unable to type on it. Any ideas?? I can type on some of the screens but not all.

I will pay someone to help me lol. I can pm you the trial password and if you can figure it out, it would help my job so much.

Maybe a different browser, or a setting I don't know about?? I can use it using iteleport but it would just be easier if I could do it straight from iPad. Software developer does not know a solution at this time.
