Help turning on Ipad 2 for the first time

I just purchased an Ipad 2 and am having trouble turning it on for the first time. The only thing that shows on the screen is the ITune logo and a picture of the USB charger.

Could someone help me?

Needs syncing with iTunes on a computer.

You need the latest version of iTunes on your computer then you connect them with the supplied cable,there is a guide in the box to help you
