Geocache Viewer

Hi everyone I am trying to download Geocaches to Geocache Viewer 1.1 on my iPad 2 . It says: To transfer files, your iPhone must be connected to the same WiFi network as your PC or Mac. Then within the Geocache Viewer application click the "Transfer" button, followed by the "Enable Transfer" button. Geocache Viewer will then display an IP address that can be typed into the web browser on your PC/Mac. You can now use the web browser to send the GPX files to your iPhone. I am not very smart about computers. Can someone explain it a little better for me? Thanks funnnyfarm
