    Is flightradar24 Pro Down?

    My version say there was an Update but it Will not. Therefor i Cut my app and try to get the app again but i cant not get it. This app was free but cost now 18kr.
    I try to buy it now but still not work.

    You should be able to re download it at no additional cost if you've already downloaded it.

    But I Can not download it again tjats the problem. I have no problem to download otter programs or app. thanks your. Replay

    Hi and welcome to the Forum!

    What is happening when you try to download it again, do you get a message? I don't know whether there is a problem with the update or not, but sometimes during an update things just go wrong.

    Have you tried the 3 steps when something does go wrong, which is to close your apps completely and then relaunch them and a Restart and/or Reset.

    From the home screen do the four finger swipe up or double press the home button to reveal your multi task bar. These are all the apps that you have opened at one time. Long press the app until it jiggles and a red minus sign will appear above it. Press the minus sign, this will close the app, not delete it, now press the home button to return to your screen. It's also a good idea to close all these apps, as it helps the iPad run smoothly, now see if it will download.

    Restart - Press and hold the power off button, the one at the top right. You will see a slide appear to power off, slide this and the screen will go dark and a Whirly will appear. When the Whirly disappears your iPad is now off. Press the power button again until the Apple logo appears, this will take a few seconds and your iPad will restart. You should restart your iPad occasionally also as it will keep it running well. Now see if it is operating.

    Reset - Hold the power off button and the home button simultaneously, keep holding them in and you will see the power off slide appear and disappear, wait until you see the Apple logo appear before releasing the buttons. It will take a little longer for your iPad to start. Let us know how you go.

    Yes whenI want to download the app writes the log ón iTunes if you have an Apple id. I try , but Then Says the purchase. Samples A's buying but Then reports the just buy again without my receiving Andy app. I have no problem wit download Andy otter app

    What OS is your iPad on? Have a look in Settings - General - About and look for version. The app runs on OS 3.1.3 and higher, we are on 5.1.1 now, I just want to rule this out as being the problem. If you've done all of the steps I mentioned in my previous post this problem could be with the app itself and getting in touch with the Developer is the best course of action to follow.

    My version is 5.1.1 thanks ansver. I still have the problem now with annoter app? I have 2 new Update and one updated correcte but the otterne have the same problem than the flightradar

    Thank you both....that's nice!

    Have you done the steps I outlined in my previous post? Closing your apps, restart and reset.

    This seems to point to the iPad having a problem now if another app isn't updating, but it's unusual that one did download.
    Have you downloaded anything in the iTunes App recently?

    Yes I have download In iTunes. I have tryde closed apps, but if I restant and reset What Will happening with All my app programs...

    A restart and a reset as I described above will not change anything on your iPad and along with closing your apps are the recommended first steps to take when there is a problem. They may well fix the problem you are having.

    But first I would like you to see if you have anything still pending in your iTunes app, just have a look in the downloads tab. If there is something there just swipe it and this will bring up a Delete tab, press this then do a restart and/or reset. If there isn't a download pending then do the restart and/or reset and try the update and the download of your apps again. Let us know how you go.
