EA Sports, a branch off of Electronic Arts has been widely popular across game consoles, PC, Mac, Android, as well as iOS. On Tuesday, the brand launched FIFA 15 Ultimate Team as a freemium download in the App Store, just in time for our new Retina Display HD devices. The game is a whopping 1.06 gigabytes, with the developers cautioning gamers to have at least 1.35GB of free space on devices. FIFA 15 for iOS offers licensed player and team names, a campaign, motion-captured animations, among other features. With FIFA 15 Ultimate Team, players can manage and build a soccer team and run it through Quick Simulation mode, play a quick math, or play against other players online in weekly match-ups. As far as controls go, FIFA 15 offers a new "through pass" feature, attempting to make it easier for players to kick, pass, and shoot goals. If that new new isn't your thing, "Casual Controls" are available within the settings. Via App Store: Build your ultimate team — Earn, trade, and collect superstars like Lionel Messi and Eden Hazard to create your own fantasy team. Choose your play style, formation, kits, and more. Play in Quick Simulation mode — Put your management skills to the test with new Quick Simulations. Set up your squad, start the match, and watch it unfold. Make smart subs, tactical tweaks, and gauge team effort along the way. Your match results depend entirely on your ability to manage player skills and chemistry – taking authenticity to the next level. Or take it to the pitch! — Master your kicks, passes, and shots with classic controls – now with the “through pass” feature – or opt for new “Casual Controls” with fewer buttons. You can even double tap the joystick to enable tactical dribbling for closer control of the ball. Plus, if you have an external controller – don’t miss the chance to use it on the pitch for the first time. Real-world match ups — Play your favorite team’s next fixture, plus 3 other major match-ups happening around the world – every week! The game requires a device running iOS 5.1.1 or higher, so those 54 percent of you who haven't updated to iOS 8 need not worry. As mentioned before, FIFA 15 Ultimate Team is now available for iOS, with optional In-App Purchase in the App Store for free.
