Facebook crashing browsers

Has any one experienced Facebook crashing Safari and Chrome? I tried rebooting and that didn't help.

Nope, not had any problems with FB and Safari. Hopefully someone may have an answer for you.

Yep. Had this problem yesterday. Crashed in the app and through safari.

Sorry, I haven't had that experience either.

Have you tried to do the immediate fixes to help it? Try these first steps...

Force the app to close down*by pushing the home button twice to bring up your multi-task bar. This will show all the apps that you have visited. By long pressing the app in question, it will begin to jiggle-press the red circle with the negative sign on the app. It will only quit the app and not delete. Than try to re-open the app and test out.

If that doesn't work, restart the iPad by pressing the power switch down to power off.

Third is to do a soft reset by holding the power switch and home button together until you see the apple logo. Hope that helps!

I have been having the same problem and have tried all of these steps and nothing seems to help.

Are you using the app or accessing facebook using a mobile browser? Have you also kept up with your updates with your iPad and also with your FB app?
