I was enthusiastically working to fill another players order when the exclamation mark disappeared. I therefore sold all the cream, only to see the help request pop up when I logged in a couple of minutes later. So annoying, especially when you have limited barn storage. Anyone know why this happens?

I will move this to the Hay Day Section to see if anyone can help you with this.

Sometimes a quick restart of your iPad will help resolve the issue in the future. I realize it wasn't ideal when you were placing an order, however, by closing out your apps and also restarting your iPad will often times help resolve issues.

Have a look at this:
Have you tried to do the following?
1. Force the app to close?
2. Try to restart your iPad?
3. Try to do a reset?

You can try this in order, if an app becomes misbehaves...
Force the app to close down by pushing the home button twice or by doing a 4-finger swipe to bring up your multi-task bar. This will show all the apps that you have visited. Press the app, until it begins to shake. Close out the apps by pressing the red circle in each app. It will only quit the app and not delete. Than try to re-open the app and test out.

If that doesn't work, restart the iPad by pressing the power switch down to power off.

Third is to do a reset by holding the power switch and home button together until you see the apple logo. Hope that helps!

Try Force closing the app.

For iOS 6: Either double tap the home button or do a 4-finger swipe upwards until the Multi-task bar shows the apps open. Long press the Simpson app and "X" out of it. If you have quite a lot of apps showing the multi-task bar, you might as well do the same and close those out too.

For iOS 7: Either double tap the home button or do a 4-finger swipe upwards until the Multi-task bar shows the apps open. However, here...you will see the app cards lined up in the middle of the screen. To close these apps, simply swipe each app upward to close them out.

Try Force closing first and give another try.

If that doesn't work, try restarting your iPad. To do that, just press the power switch until you get the lock screen to turn off.

Let us know if that doesn't work...you may even want to try a reset: pressing the home and power switch at the same time to see if that final fix will do it too.

That's a bug of the game. It has happened many times with me also.

I'm new to the game, so what exactly does the exclamation mark mean? Is it related to the boat?
