Email on iPad problems

    My BT Mail on iPad can't send. It says the server is rejecting my email address. I've deleted and recreated the account on the iPad a few times. I've also re entered the email address and pw for the outgoing server-thing that have worked for me before but not this time. I have the same problem on my iphone5. My email works fine in the browser. Any advice ?? Tks. Kate.
