Ebay app

Downloaded eBay app but it hasn't appeared. But app store tells me its installed so it won't let me download again!! How do I fix this?

Try doing a soft restart

You can use search to find and open the app. I know that does not fix it but it will let you know you have it. Often a restart will help. Hold the sleep button until the red slider appears. Then slide to off. After it is off, press and hold the sleep button until the apple appears.
