Downloading video...how?

Have loaded a few short vids from my phone and they appear on the iTunes page and are ticked to load - yet they never transfer onto iPad when I sync.
What am I missing or not done?

Where are you looking? I'm sure you're aware they appear in the Videos app on the iPad and not the iTunes app.

Yes, looking there and see some full professional movies loaded from discs. And the two phone vids I have loaded appear under the Movies tab elsewhere.
And yet all these look similar on my iTunes account page...?
