Delete page inPenultimate?

The Penultimate guide indicates that a page can be deleted from a notebook, but does not say how. Does anyone know how to delete just one page from a notebook?

When inside a notebook tab on the bottom left part of the page - this will take you to a section that shows all your passages - hold down or tab on the page you want to delete and a delete icon will pop up. Tap it - bye-bye page.
