Create group email contacts

To group contacts on the iPad you must either use iCloud or a third party contact app.

Even with iCloud you can not create the groups on the iPad itself. Your options are:

• Go to icloud.com on a computer and create/manage your groups there.
• If you happen to have a Mac you can manage your groups in the Address Book app, and sync that back to iCloud.
• I am unsure whether Outlook will sync it's groups to iCloud. You'll have to ask a Windows user.

For your second problem, if I understand what you are asking for; to set the iPad's auto lock time go to Settings > General > Auto-Lock.
