Is there any good and cheap places to order them from? Which sites do you use?

Handhelditems.com has cheap screen protectors that get great reviews.

That's were I am buying mine.

Sent from my huge iPod touch via IPF.

for ipad & iphone 4 cases i would suggest saraoutlet.com, the price of ipad 2 case start from around $10usd. and iPhone 4 cases normally the price is only $2usd. i buy from them for my offline store supplies. amazon and otterbox are very expensive.

Try the coverBuddy from SwitchEasy. Works great with the standard cover, imo.

    I bought a smart cover at tinergy.com
