Hi, Hev30! Welcome to iPF!
Go to Settings - Safari on your iPad and clear History, Cookies and Data there.
Then reset your device: press and hold Home and Power button simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Release both and let your iPad power up on it's own
That done, try again to open the links.
