Combining of two apps

When you combine two apps to make a single folder is there a way to change the picture that is showing? The two icons are so small.

Not really - though, you can zoom the screen. But you can rename the folder that contains the two apps to make it more appropriate and memorable. To do that, touch *and hold* any icon on the screen that contains the icon that you actually want to rename. After a couple of seconds all the icons on the screen will start to 'jiggle' (I love that name!!).

Now *briefly* touch the icon that you want to rename and a text box will appear that you can type into. Give the folder a suitable name and then press the 'Home' button to return to 'normal' (i.e. no jiggling icons!)
