Cannot hear sound during Webex sessions

Does anybody know the reason(s) why I cannot hear any sound while I am connected to a webex session.

Hello. I had the same issue and what it was is that the HOST of the session has to have the account changed to allow for HYBRID AUDIO.

After that, everything works beautifully.
