Backup help??

One day, a friend let me download a song from his account into my iPad music library. I'm back logged in, and I now want too know if I can back it up on my account?????
Any help is appreciated

Transferring songs between iTunes accounts is not possible. Purchases are keyed to the account that was used to purchase them.

It also doesn't give me to option to sync my ipad on different computers. Can not add a new music track to the folder without resyncing everything
