Audio problems

When I take video with my iPad 2 I don't get any audio. Is there something I need to do in the settings?

Try this. It's been known to work.

Culled this from elsewhere. You may have a blocked microphone. Use a crevice tool from a vacuum cleaner to suck out any débris from the hole at the top of the iPad. It is tiny and easily blocked. Give it a couple of minutes and try to get a good seal. Then reset. It has worked for other people, believe it or not.

Thanks, tried it and didn't get the positive results. I suctioned the tiny hole at the top for a while then performed the reset. Anymore suggestions?

Have you checked the microphone on other apps such as FaceTime or Skype?
