Are these dead pixels?

Hen I had my iPad turned off I was cleaning the screen and I saw 3 little white dots and I couldn't get them off and then I realized they were in the screen there like in a line it doesn't bother me because you only see them when the iPad screen is black and they are very tiny..but are they dead pixels?

Thing they might be my mother in law as a play book with to dead pixels and sounds like you have said

If you see them when the iPad is off it is most likely dust particles that got under the glass. If it bothers you, make a genius bar appointment at an Apple store and they will most likely give you a replacement.
