Another email question

    I collected a new ipad 4 yesterday.

    Everything went great I loaded my hotmail e-mail account but no matter what I do I cannot load the company e-mail account.

    This is a bit embarassing as the company bought the ipad.

    The account is a Microsoft Outlook account.

    I started at "other" and followed all the steps, but no matter what it keeps telling me the password is incorrect.

    I checked the password by uninstalling it on my Netbook and then reinstalling.

    I tried using Microsoft exchange but still no joy

    With company emails it all depends on how the email server is hosted. Sure you use the Outlook client at work, but hosting will vary. In house solutions often run Exchange Servers, so it then depends on what functionality your IT department allows in regards to web and mobile client access.

    For Exchange set-ups on an iPad, you not only need your username and password, but you also need the correct web address for access plus often a Domain name.
