Adding Google Chrome

If I wanted to add Google chrome to my ipad, I'd have to pay for it - right? Is there a way I can download Google chrome to the ipad when it's connected to my desktop - if so, how? I am having so much trouble remembering passwords, I wanted Google chrome to save them for me.

There's an app: Chrome web browser by Google. You can find it in the App Store, and it's free, at least it's in the Austrian App Store, so I suppose it will be free for you as well.
