I did not know my online orders through Apple.ca would be shipped directly from China. I guess that saves Apple warehousing everything over here. Check out the route that the smart cover and digital AV adapter took to get to me in the attachment.

I've been receiving all my accessories separately. I have to sign for each little cable, cover, etc. I would have preferred that everything shipped together.
