zoomed in on my ipad and can't zoom out

I was typing an email and somehow I've made my ipad zoom in. I can't make it zoom out again. Can anybody help?

That happened to me once and all i could do was try to do a reset,trouble was it just came back still in zoom,try a reset and if it doesnt work try to get into settings and turn off zoom in there.

I don't remember which tap it is, but try 2 finger, then 3 finger, then 4 finger tap. Then go to settings and turn zoom off.
