My wife just got a personalised cover for her iPad - a photo of us with the kids. It was very dark, so we complained to Zazzle and they dealt with our complaint impeccably - unlike a certain four-letter .com that ruined Christmas. I can thoroughly recommend Zazzle's service - just make sure your images are overexposed by a couple of stops before you send them in. The build quality of the cover seems fine, but of course it's early days - it's only after a few months of abuse that we'll see any problems - if they arise I'll point them out in this thread.
